Origin Story
The first notions of creating this company was early on in my firefighting days. Six years of sirens and emergencies gave me a new perspective on health and wellness. From witnessing true emergencies and people in their worst health to working alongside some of the purist athletes, there was a huge spectrum of the condition of the human mind and body. Wanting to become better, faster, and stronger but also lead a higher quality of life for as long as possible, I set out on a journey to understand the mental, physical, and emotional aspects of being a human. It slowly morphed into what is now a focus towards sports science, particularly golf, and peak performance. While golf is the forefront of Out of Bounds, being an athlete is just as, if not, more important. Having a capable, adaptable mind and body ready for any adventure and endeavor is the highest sign of health and wellness. Out of Bounds is that journey to build a functionally durable body and strong, pliable mind, for golfers and athletes alike. At the core we implore everyone to embrace adventure and new challenges because there is no growth without failure and struggle. To sustain a healthy curiosity and an open mind. And to be precise and detailed in everything you do.
Seek your new limits.
Our Mission is to enhance the mind and body by providing the resources, education, and opportunities that help you reach peak performance. Supplying the movement and mindset tools you need to reclaim your physical and mental freedom.
VISION. To redefine the boundaries of personal fitness, fostering a world where every golfer, athlete, and outdoor enthusiast has the physical curiosity and functional durability to explore every fairway, trail, and summit they can imagine. Building a community of pushing forward, infinite learning, and always on the ready.
What is functional durability? The art of making the precision athlete as “bulletproof” as the industrial one. Built for the field.
We are the adventure seekers, we seek the unknown, pushing the boundaries because we want to be the best and know we can achieve more.
